וַיֹּ֤אמֶר אַחְאָב֙ אֶל־עֹ֣בַדְיָ֔הוּ לֵ֤ךְ בָּאָ֙רֶץ֙ אֶל־כָּל־מַעְיְנֵ֣י הַמַּ֔יִם וְאֶ֖ל כָּל־הַנְּחָלִ֑ים אוּלַ֣י ׀ נִמְצָ֣א חָצִ֗יר וּנְחַיֶּה֙ ס֣וּס וָפֶ֔רֶד וְל֥וֹא נַכְרִ֖ית מֵהַבְּהֵמָֽה׃
Ahab berkata kepada Obaja: “Jelajahilah negeri ini, pergilah ke semua mata air dan ke semua sungai. Mungkin kita akan menemukan rumput, sehingga kita dapat menyelamatkan hidup kuda dan bagal, dan tidak kehilangan semua ternak kita.”
